Haven't been updating because work is coming in and we're quite packed almost everyday. Almost everybody I know is having either tummyache or diarrhoea or both (like me now). Must be because of the oily/fatty food. ):

My back, thighs and abs are sore and I feel like dying now. I think my back is breaking soon.

Bought this rice with burnt thingy. Idk what's that either hehe but quite yummy. It think it caused me to not shit for 2316383 days.

Because no cab wanted to stop for us so we took a tuktuk. For 6 Yuan. Which is about... $1.30? Most epic ride of my life. Eme and Em in the tuktuk in front. V and I was screaming half the time. She was screaming in fright cuz the auntie driving the tuktuk was sooo reckless, the tuktuk was shaking from side to side. I was screaming partially in fright but mostly becuz V was digging her nails into my thighs throughout the entire ride lol it was epic. I loved it.

One of the most bizarre way to wake up in the morning is to hear high-pitch, giggling noises above your head and opening your eyes to see 4 small faces peering at you. My sister and 3 other friends. 10 years old. Coming over at 830am in the morning. To do a project.
Project?!? Honestly, when did 10 years old have projects? O.O
Anyway, they asked me to bring them to the stationary shop 2 streets down to buy ice cream sticks, vanguard sheet, ribbons and glitter glue. Seeing I'm their guardian/"sister"/whatever currently... I dragged myself out of bed (half asleep and grouchy) and walked them to the shop. At 1030am. Half asleep. And bought 4 slurppees for them. And a chorus of "thank you jiejie" after that.
They hold hands, skip along the pavements, giggle at the slightest thing and insist on tying their hair the same way before they leave the house. Although I'm bleakly tired like dog but really, how can i resist little girls like them?
Ok they need my help to take photos now. I guess studying will have to wait mmm.

Mummy is our world so we decided to make this Mother's Day a special one.

The first time all 3 of us actually got down to making a meal for the family instead of going out for dinner.

Ben was the main chef though (preparing the teriyaki chicken and mushrooms) I just cut vegs and boiled potatos and be food tester haha!

It took us 2 hours to come up with this while Daddy and Mummy hid in the room watching tv!! Cooking is such a hassle.

Had Mummy blindfolded before we brought her to the table. Her smile: priceless.

Surprise #2: Bakerzin cake. A-wesome need to learn how to bake it soon.

These 2 girls are people whom I thought will drift apart from me but fortunately (thank God!), have not. And I believe, will not. So what if we haven't been in the same school/class for 6/4 years? We certainly stood the test of time.
Which leads me to wonder... Why some friendships can stand the test of time and some can't? I can meet some friends whom I've not spoken to for so long and yet, it feels like it was just yesterday that we met. We can pick up from where we left off and be at ease, comfortable. But for some, all it takes is a split (pun fully intended, if you get it) to reduce what I once thought was a strong bond to ashes.

This week, I restored 2 friendships.
And lost 1. Tell me it's not true.

We sometimes get so caught up with our own issues, with schoolwork, with whatever insignificant problems that we forget how blissful it is to be able to sit with a bunch of friends at a table just talking, eating & laughing. Might not be the perfect combination of people (to think about it now, it was quite a weird combination hmmm) but at one point of time when everyone was laughing and talking about nothing in particular, i felt strangly... comfortable. I always knew in the back of my mind that I'm quite a blessed girl but to what extent, I have never fully comprehend it yet. I have yet to meet any earth-shattering trials and what nots (maybe one or two at most) in my life. I don't have to bother much about the money in my bank, the clothes on my back or any bills at all. My parents are liberal and they trust me with whatever decisions I make. I... am quite sheltered afterall. :) High time to appreciate all that I have rather than whine about what I don't.

Probably my first and last time queuing for B&J. My longest record was 3-4 hours with JMT girls queuing for Donuts Factory (which wasn't that great) and they don't even have a queue these days!!! Third day of Year 2 and we already have 2 projs. 1) 10 mins radio magazine and 2) revamp a bleak looking website. With flash intro, interactive map and all. This, is only the tip of the iceberg. Woes is me. But class wise, not too bad.

A mega huge gust of wind blew a few moments ago and it was awesome! I looked out of the window and saw people's clothes flying everywhere. Hahahahaha funny. But now it's raining and it's cold. I have said this many times but I must and will say it again. I can't stand cold. I don't like rainy days.

Time Check. 10:21PM. Doing what? Finding cute hamster to adopt online. Why? Because I'm such a good sister.

Because my sister wants a cute white hamster and she thinks the ones at the pet shop near our shop look hideous. She has already bought the cage, the bathing sand and food and idk wtv thing (abit mad I know) and all she needs now is just a cute hamster that looks like this....

AHAHAHAHAH I KID!! This hamster looks like a freak. Ok but quite cute, hor?

But preferably hamsters that look like these 2 (above and below).

She promises to clean the cage and shower the hamster with care and attention.
So if you have any hamster (note: cute and preferably young ones) you wanna give her, please let me know. Ok thanks. ^^
